Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery Policy

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Pushti Wellness ships to addresses within India.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Pushti Wellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees as per the destination country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Pushti Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Delivery estimates:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days after processing.
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
Order Tracking
All international shipments include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to monitor your package.
